And there was a patient with this story. She would hurl herself in and then pull her wheelchair and she would come to the doctor's office and we would see, you know, scratches on her knees and on her elbows. And you know, first two times no one asked, third time was getting worse. They're like, what's wrong? So we sent some folks to the home and there we go. There isn't ease of access. And so that $400 home visit and fixing of the lip versus tens of thousands of dollars for those emergency room visits.
